Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://atlantistowingandroadsideassistance.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance markets and arranges Tire Change Service, Vehicle Relocation Service, Private Property Impound, Vehicle Lockout Service, Jump Start Service, Battery Replacement Service, Fuel Delivery Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Atlantis Towing and Roadside Assistance may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
